You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact
- Opened sets may be returned if pieces are missing or defective
- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable
How to Start a Return
- Email support@nuvoblox.ca with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your set arrives damaged or with defective pieces, contact us immediately. We will send a free replacement — no need to return the original item.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different set? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, you will only pay the difference.
