Shadow City Skyline

Somewhere between the streetlights and the storm clouds, a stylized metropolis keeps watch over its own long night. This sweeping brick-built panorama captures that mood in a single display piece, bold silhouettes, deep shadows and a row of landmark facades rendered in the clean retro-noir style of classic animation.

Built as a wide, shallow backdrop, the finished model spans 76 cm across and stands 41 cm tall while staying only 6 cm deep, slim enough to sit on a shelf, and designed to hang flat on a wall or lean on its own flip-out stand. The real reward is in the exploring: fifteen facade panels detach to open up the buildings behind them, from a grand manor house and a glass-roofed botanical garden to a corner tavern, a chemical works and a storefront row, each finished with its own small interior scene. Moody color blocking, art-deco rooflines and a cast of 4 minifigures tie the whole streetscape together into one display-ready centerpiece.
