The building separates into removable floor sections, so each level lifts away to reveal fully furnished interiors. The ground floor holds a bakery with a display counter, a café with outdoor seating, and a flower shop. The middle floor houses a dentist's office and a music shop. The top floor opens onto a dance studio with a barre and mirrored wall, a photography studio, and an apartment living space.
