Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your set arrives damaged or with defective pieces, contact us immediately. We will send a free replacement - no need to return the original item.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different set? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. If the new item costs more, you will only pay the difference.
