Modular Bookstore and Townhouse

Every older neighborhood has one stretch of sidewalk worth slowing down for: a narrow storefront stacked floor to ceiling with books, and the quiet townhouse beside it that has watched the street change for a century. This two-building set rebuilds that block in brick form, from the tall arched shop windows down to the worn paving and the slender tree in the back garden.

Both buildings come apart floor by floor, so every interior stays reachable long after the last brick is placed. The store fills its ground level with packed shelving, a service counter and a reading corner, with a compact apartment tucked in above it. Next door, the townhouse stacks a kitchen, a living area and an upper bedroom behind its narrow facade and opens onto a small rear garden with a birch tree. Five minifigures are included, along with the kind of quiet storytelling touches that reward a second look, from a pet lizard on a windowsill to a toy aircraft caught in the branches.
