Desert Sail Cruiser

Part armored fortress and part floating palace, this enormous sail-driven desert cruiser was built to carry a powerful outlaw across an endless wasteland in absolute comfort. Broad textile sails, a heavily plated hull and an open observation deck give it a silhouette that no other display model comes close to matching. At more than 77 cm long, it is a genuine centerpiece rather than a shelf ornament.

The build rewards patience. Adjustable fabric sails rig to the masts and can be angled for display, while the entire upper deck lifts away and the armored side panels fold down to open up the interior: a forward command station, a holding cell, an armory and a lounge for the crew. A rotating gun position sits above the rear deck, and the 11 character minifigures let you stage the whole scene across every level of the ship.
