Vertical Riverside City

Rising in three stacked tiers above a quiet waterway, this vertical city block folds an entire neighborhood into a single footprint. Street-level market stalls and a moored fishing boat give way to shopfronts, apartments and a rooftop dining terrace crowned by a slender radio tower. It is a build that rewards patience with a skyline you can explore floor by floor.

Each of the three levels lifts away independently, opening up fully furnished interiors that are usually hidden behind the facade. The ground floor holds a covered fish market, a house with sliding screen doors and foldout roof panels, an arched bridge over a translucent stream, and a small traditional fishing boat. The middle level stacks a fashion boutique, a comic book store and a crab restaurant with a working grilling function, alongside a cash-dispensing machine on the street wall. Up top sit a residential apartment with a hidden attic space, a rooftop dining counter with a hand-turned rotating conveyor, and a swappable poster board on the exterior sign. A sliding elevator runs the full height of the tower, carrying a minifigure from the waterline to the roof and back down again.
