Plumber Hero and Green Dino

Some duos are pure nostalgia in motion: a cheerful overall-wearing adventurer in a red cap, and the big-nosed green dinosaur who carries him over every gap and hillside. This display model captures that partnership in three dimensions, mid-stride and full of personality. It is the kind of piece that stops a visitor halfway across the room.

The build rewards patience with real mechanics and character. A hidden lever extends the dinosaur's long tongue, the head turns, and the rider lifts free of the saddle so you can pose the pair together or apart. Rounded brick-built shaping gives the dinosaur its friendly proportions, a plump body, chunky orange boots and a saddle of red plates, while the adventurer's cap, moustache and blue overalls are reproduced in crisp detail. A brick-built display plaque with a golden question-mark block finishes the piece, so it reads as a finished sculpture rather than a toy on a shelf. At roughly 40 cm tall, it holds a bookshelf or desk with ease.
