Hex-Wing Starfighter

Few silhouettes in science fiction are as instantly recognizable as this one: a compact spherical cockpit pod suspended between two enormous flat hexagonal wing panels. Built at collector scale and mounted on its own angled display stand, that shape becomes a genuine centerpiece rather than just another model on the shelf. It is a build that rewards patience and keeps paying it back every time you walk past.

The two wing panels are assembled as layered lattice frames, so they carry real depth and structure instead of reading as flat plates, and they lock onto the central pod at the correct angle for the display pose. The cockpit pod opens at a top hatch so the included pilot minifigure can be seated inside, and the finished model mounts on a sturdy angled stand with a printed information plaque at the base. One minifigure is included: a pilot in full flight gear with a small sidearm accessory.
